Integrity-Driven Reform Proposal for Indonesia’s Capital Market

Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Hasan Fawzi, a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the incoming Chief Executive for Capital Market Supervision, unveiled a reform roadmap for the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the theme Integrity during his fit and proper test before Commission XI of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) on Wednesday (3/11/2026).
In the presentation, Hasan outlined five key clusters as the foundation for reforming Indonesia’s capital market. He noted that despite the domestic capital market repeatedly reaching new record highs last year, fundamental challenges related to integrity and market conduct remain unresolved.
